Stripes knitted sweater from Mango, Pleated skirt from H&M, Sneakers from Keds
In these times of figuring out what clothes would fit or what would look good on me, because my body shape and size is changing like everyday, helps establish my style even more. These challenging times really do bring out the best in you. With that said, I present to you my comfort go-to style, preppy. Yep, my style and outfits these days require comfort in it.
Wearing preppy always makes me feel good about myself, like I’m a cool stylish school girl on the block, which makes me feel young at the same time. I guess what draws me to preppy clothes is its the neat looking yet fresh look it always has. I also like how preppy can look vintage and young at the same time. Here, I went for a casual preppy, with two contrasting but complementing colors which makes my outfit stands even more, I think. I also played with a little bit of texture and prints, with the pleats and stripes. But wore it down with some sneakers. To top it all, I did pin my hair on the side to give my that playful young school girl vibe.
