Garden Fresh

It’s been a while since I last attended a wedding , I think around seven months ago. Who’s counting? Right?

Anyway, as you may well know, I love weddings. It’s always my way and reason for buying a new dress, dressing up, and dolling myself up. It’s that moment when everything is just pretty and bliss. I guess, I can safely say that attending weddings has been my way to de-stress. Aside from dressing up, I get to connect with friends and colleagues on a different way and setting.

So for the last wedding I attended, the outfit requirement is very strict and precise, so I felt the need to buy a new one which is within budget and I already planned the next event that I will wear this to ensure that I utilize the value of the dress. The requirement is to wear shades in blush (e.g., old rose, pink, etc.) and a long gown. Since I’m on a budget and I don’t feel utilizing a long gown in the near future, I decided to look for dress or skirts in midi-length. Happily, found this dress in The SM Store’s girls teen wear and I was able to fit in the largest size (happy sigh). At first, I was very hesitant to try on this dress, because, it did not speak me, but once I wore it, oh I’m definitely trying this style more.

Without further a do, I present to you my floral dress!

Love how simple and pretty this dress is, those dainty flowers are just the accessories I needed. Paired it with pointy stilletos to balance out the sweetness of this dress and my new blue sling bag for a pop of color. The wedding occurred during the golden hour so we took the opportunity to take a lot of photos.

When I first saw these chairs, I know I have to take a photo with it this way. Don’t you just love how I stood up against it while sitting down? 😀

I did my hair and makeup that day and I love how it turned out. I feel pretty and fresh, which is the look I’m going for. With the confidence I had that day, I think I’m ready to accept make-up services. Pwede na ba?

Will you trust me with your next look?

Love,
